Valencia Hardwoods wanted a logo that speaks to their brand: Old World craftsmanship with substance. They wanted to use rich colors reflective of the hardwood floors they install. Here are the final logos as well as applications for the branding.

Theaterworks Identity

Theaterworks wanted to refresh their dated identity, but also pay homage to their past. Historically, the color of the logo would change for each show, creating a colorful catalogue of shows they’ve produced. So the basic structure remains the same: white text on a block of color—but it has become a much more dynamic logo for a theater.

National Domestic Violence Hotline Proposed Logo

This is a proposed logo for the National Domestic Violence Hotline. The words “domestic violence” are fading in the logo, symbolizing the hotline’s role in ending abusive relationships. Currently, the organization uses red in all of its branding, but I proposed utilizing purple, the color of the movement to end domestic violence.
